Order Confirmation & Delivery Page
- After the order has been placed on our website, the customer will automatically receive an order placement notification through email.
- The Zola team will do order confirmation via call or WhatsApp text; if the call is not received or the WhatsApp text is not responded to, the order will not be confirmed. So please make sure that the information provided to us is correct while placing the order, and please ensure that the call is received and the WhatsApp text is responded to in order to avoid any delays in the order confirmation process.
- Once the order is confirmed, we pick the product the customer ordered from the warehouse and dispatch it right away.
- The order cannot be cancelled once it's been confirmed through the call.
- Our delivery time takes up to 7 working days.
- The delivery charges vary from product to product; some products are heavy in weight and fragile in nature, due to which the delivery charges may vary for such products.
- We suppose that the customer has read all our policies before placing an order.
1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Look offers FREE standard delivery to any address in Pakistan for orders of Rs. 2,000 or more.
On the front end, we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in, and while we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly, and safely. For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the check-out page, as charges are based on weight and volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto-calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.
2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
- All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of customer and payment from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing, and dispatching of the order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once they are received.
Local Deliveries
There are two delivery options available for customers: standard and express courier.
Standard Courier: It takes about 5 working days from the time of order to arrive at your location.
Express Courier: for an additional fee, it takes approximately 3 working days from the time of order to reach you.
To serve you better, you may even choose the timing of your deliveries from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., weekdays or Saturdays, regardless of whether you use standard or express couriers.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to you. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner using your 6-digit Order Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once they are received.
International Deliveries
For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way.
3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, you will need to pay all import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

We accept payments via COD, bank transfer, Jazz Cash, EasyPaisa, and VISA/MasterCard credit and debit cards.
